The accelerator advantage.

Accelerator investors earn dividend during the construction phase of the project.  Investors can choose upfront to receive either a quarterly preferred dividend or an additional amount of equity with a value equal to the otherwise payable dividend throughout the program.

A $100,000 USD investment would receive a 4% annual payment during the time that elapses between securing the investment and the start of rental operations of the completed building. The investor can choose to receive the $8,000 USD as dividends and pay tax or take an extra $8,000 USD in equity for a total of $108,000 USD invested.
